Ukrainian Nonconformism of 1970s–1980s in European Artistic Tradition

The purpose of the article is through clarification «nonconformism» concept, to prove appropriateness using term «trans-avant-garde» when describing stylistics works Ukrainian artists 1970s and 1980s, for whom «canons» socialist realism were foreign unacceptable. Research methods are based on fundamental principles art analysis with involvement interdisciplinary connections (psychology, cultural studies, philosophy). method epistemological used in process clarifying concepts a number historical concepts.
